Catch Up Time!
I haven't written in a long time and I apologize! Time just gets away from you!
The biggest news in our house is that Jeremiah is now a full time walker! He will still crawl if he wants to get somewhere quick, but 99% of the time, he's on his feet!
This video was taken shortly after he was getting somewhat steady on his feet! You can even hear him saying "cat, cat" as Sassy was wanting attention too. He was also in a goofy mood, hence the silly face!
I still watch him walk around and am just amazed! How quickly they change! Just a year ago, he was a baby that would just lay there and maybe flip on his tummy. I can't imagine what the next year will hold!
I'm not sure where Jeremiah is weight and height wise since I know he's changed since his one year check up. He has his next checkup in a couple weeks! He also has a mouth full of teeth. I think he has them all in that he is supposed to have at this point. Last time I counted, there were 15 in there!
Jeremiah's personality is really starting to take place! He is quite the goof ball and I tell him daily he got that from the Peterson side of the family. There isn't a day that goes by that isn't filled with laughter and silliness. His favorite right now is chasing his light up bouncy balls throughout the house, pestering the cats, and feeding the dog-his food, the dogs food, it doesn't matter! The boy also has a fierce temper, we will have a long road with that! He also says so many words- mama, dada, cat, dog, more, thank you, up (says mop but means up)...I can't remember them all!
The days are long since it's just been too cold to take him outside to play. We have gotten out here and there but not often. I can't wait for spring when we can be outside all day long if we want to! Jeremiah has also had a change in his schedule. He used to nap at 10 and at 2. But after a week of fighting him for that afternoon nap, we did a change. Now, he wakes around 7-7:30am, breakfast at 8, lunch at 11am, nap from noon-2pm, snack at 3, dinner at 6, sippy of milk at 7:15, bath 7:30, story 7:45, bed 8pm. He also is completely off bottles! It was a bittersweet thing for me. The only things that still say he is a baby is diapers and sleeping in the crib. My son is growing up! Enough talk, enjoy some pictures!
